Each year, the community gathers and walks together — horses, families, generations moving side by side across open land. It is tradition carried forward through movement. Dust rising beneath hooves. Heat sitting low against the earth. Conversation stretching across the distance.
This work draws from that ritual.
The closeness between woman and horse reflects that shared journey — not spectacle, not performance, but participation. Strength that walks with you. Heritage that moves beside you.
The palette remains grounded in softened sand, pale sky blue and warm cream — tones pulled from long Spanish afternoons where the land feels endless and time slows just enough to notice it.
